Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hillsidetallow@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are available for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Orders canceled before they have shipped
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved.
